These Reservation Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with Royal Norwich (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
All members of your party, including children and infants, must be included within the total number of guests at the time of booking. We may be unable to accommodate additional guests who arrive without prior notice. Any reduction in guest numbers must be communicated to the restaurant at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
Your reservation time begins at the agreed booking time, regardless of your arrival time. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the booked time, after which the reservation may be cancelled without compensation. Seating times may not be extended due to late or staggered arrivals, or during busy trading periods. For larger groups, management reserves the right to seat the party once the majority of guests have arrived to ensure the allocated dining time can be honoured.
For selected bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation. Deposits will be credited against the final bill for guests who dine. For fully pre-paid experiences, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time.
If you fail to cancel your booking, fail to attend, or fail to notify us of a reduction in guest numbers at least 48 hours prior to the reservation, we reserve the right to retain deposits paid per guest as a no-show or late cancellation fee. Failure to attend at the reserved time may result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
Guests wishing to bring their own cake must notify the restaurant at the time of booking and permission is granted at management discretion. Confetti, party poppers, glitter, silly string, or similar items are strictly prohibited. Royal Norwich reserves the right to refuse external items that may present safety, hygiene, or operational concerns.
No food or beverages may be consumed on the premises other than those supplied by Royal Norwich unless explicitly approved in advance by management. Any unauthorised food or drink may be refused or removed.
Special requests, including seating preferences or accessibility requirements, should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability and operational requirements.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards staff, other guests, and the venue at all times. Royal Norwich reserves the right to refuse service or require guests to leave if behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Guests may be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to property or facilities resulting from negligent or inappropriate behaviour.
Royal Norwich reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in refusal of service.
