With the festive season on the horizon, and our Christmas Day meal selling out, we'd like to offer the chance for our lovely visitors & members to take home a bit of Royal Norwich with them on Christmas Eve.

Our Head Chef, Tom Hall, will be preparing some delicious beef wellington's ahead of Christmas Day, ready to be collected for your family to eat on Christmas.

Ingredients:
Beef fillet brushed with English Mustard
Wrapped in mushroom duxelle, parma ham, chive crepe & puff pastry
Brushed with egg yolk

Cooking instructions will come with the beef wellington on pick up.
